A Nursing Assistant provides hospital and nursing home patients with basic care and assists them with daily activities. Helps patients with dressing, washing, and feeding. May perform basic medical care under the direction of a nurse or other medical professional. Position Overview:
As a primary caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by providing individualized, respectful, and loving care. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), ensuring residents' comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility support Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional condition Communicating effectively with the charge nurse regarding incidents, concerns, or changes in behavior Building meaningful relationships with residents in a neighborhood-based care setting Supporting both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation residents
Schedule:
Part-time and full-time positions available All schedules include rotating weekends and holidays Day shift: 6:00am•2:30pm Evening shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm Overnight shift: 10:00 PM•6:30

Compensation & Benefits:
