Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Resident Assistant Bethesda•Skilled Nursing Facility (Minnesota) Join a top-rated skilled nursing facility recognized among the top 5% in Minnesota for quality care. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and caregivers to provide high-quality, person-centered care to our residents in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
Position Overview:
As a primary caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by providing individualized, respectful, and loving care. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), ensuring residents' comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility support Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional condition Communicating effectively with the charge nurse regarding incidents, concerns, or changes in behavior Building meaningful relationships with residents in a neighborhood-based care setting Supporting both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation residents
Schedule:
Part-time and full-time positions available All schedules include rotating weekends and holidays Day shift: 6:00am•2:30pm Evening shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm Overnight shift: 10:00 PM•6:30

Compensation & Benefits:
