Day Shift available Looking to fill a Weekend Warrior position where you work every Saturday and every Sunday. You will work a total of 24 hours, but will be paid for 32 hours each week. Will also be eligible for full time benefits. Shift is 6 am to 6 pm.

The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in a nursing home settings. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a safe environment for individuals with diverse needs, including those with disabilities. Duties Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Provide catheter care and monitor patient hygiene. Support nursing staff in delivering quality care to patients in a timely manner. Document patient information accurately in medical records using PCC Communicate effectively with patients Assist in transporting patients within the facility as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols. Participate in training sessions and ongoing education to enhance skills and knowledge. Skills Proficient in Basic Life Support (BLS) techniques and emergency response procedures. Experience working in a nursing home setting is preferred. Familiarity with medical records management systems, particularly PCC Ability to provide care for individuals with disabilities, demonstrating empathy and patience. Knowledge of procedures related to catheter care. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams. Understanding of the dynamics within a healthcare environment.
