We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Restorative Nurse Aide (RNA) to join our Restorative Care team at Aspire Senior Living Advance. As a Restorative Nurse Aide (RNA) , you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your expertise and dedication will enable you to make a meaningful impact in their lives.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff and physicians Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration Help with vital signs monitoring and documentation Participate in care planning and implementation Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
