WILSON'S CREEK NURSING
& REHAB, located on the Westside of Springfield, Missouri is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. Opportunities for paid class time and certification are available for qualifying candidates who are wanting to become a CNA. Hourly shift differential paid for overnights/weekend. Wilson's Creek offers 12 hour shifts (7a-7p & 7p-7a) with every other weekend required. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift Help Residents with personal hygiene Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse Document Resident food and fluid intake Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy Transport Residents within the facility Assist nurses and other staff as needed Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Qualifications and Skills:
Current and Valid CNA certification Excellent interpersonal skills Effective communication skills Good collaboration and teamwork skills Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities Keen attention to detail In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for several medical conditions Physical strength and stamina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Benefits:
