What Your Day Looks Like:

Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility (LSHCF) is a 90-bed long-term skilled nursing facility. A 30-bed memory care unit meets the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will be: Preparing residents for meals, serving and collecting trays, and documenting nutritional intake. Handling and caring for resident clothing and personal belongings, protecting items from damage and ensuring proper storage. Making routine rounds to assigned residents and responding promptly to resident needs. Providing safe, appropriate nursing care and reporting concerns to the charge nurse for follow‑up.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma — preferred

Experience:

One year CNA experience — preferred

Skills:

Good Communication, Patience, Attention to detail, flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills.

Licensure/Certification:

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for 90% of the shift and sit for the remaining 10% of shift. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
