Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility (LSHCF) is a 90-bed long-term skilled nursing facility. A 30-bed memory care unit meets the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. As an Activity Assistant, you will be: Documenting daily attendance and participation of each resident Facilitating resident activities throughout the day. Contacting volunteers and setting up entertainment Leading activities assigned by the Director of Activities Assisting residents to and from each activity as needed

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Education preferred, customer service, long term care preferred

Skills:

Communication, outgoing, creative, computer skills

Licensure/Certification:

Full CPR within 6 months of employment

Physical Requirements:
