None Job Description The Nurse Aide Student will be responsible for providing direct resident care under the supervision of the Staff Nurse. The Nurse Aide Student will follow established facility policies and procedures while providing care. The student will also coordinate residents care with other facility personnel and families. The Nurse Aide Student will be hired as a temporary employee and will be classified as a Nurse Aide Student pending successful completion of the new hire paperwork, a background check including fingerprints, and negative urine drug screen. Student must complete the 120 hours of classroom and clinical direct care training. Classes are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. -4:30 p.m. beginning on September 8, 2026, and will continue for 3 weeks. Neshoba General will furnish each Student with written materials needed for the Program as well as two sets of scrubs. Neshoba General will also cover the fees for taking the examinations to obtain certification as a CNA in Mississippi. Upon receiving the Certification as a CNA in MS, the student will be eligible to be hired as a full-time CNA at the current CNA pay scale for Neshoba General.
