Qualifications Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program. Experience working with diverse populations including geriatric patients, individuals with developmental disabilities, or those requiring memory or dementia care. Knowledge of medical terminology, vital signs measurement, and basic life support (CPR). Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR/Epic/eClinicalWorks) and medical documentation standards.
