Warm Springs, MT 59756 Shift timings: 8hr Shifts 3pm-11pm 11pm-7am Job Overview We are seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with psychiatric/inpatient behavioral health experience to support patients in a structured clinical environment. Key Responsibilities - CNA Assist mentally impaired or emotionally disturbed patients under nursing/medical supervision Support activities of daily living (ADLs) Lead patients in educational and recreational activities Escort patients to examinations and treatments Safely manage and restrain aggressive or violent patients when required Observe patients for injuries or medical concerns and report findings to nursing staff Remind patients about medications and nutritional supplements Document patient behavior, symptoms, and concerns accurately Follow all facility policies, procedures, and required training Required Qualifications Active CNA certification/license Psychiatric or inpatient behavioral health experience.

Pay:

$25.21 - $32.00 per hour
