A Nursing Assistant provides hospital and nursing home patients with basic care and assists them with daily activities. Helps patients with dressing, washing, and feeding. May perform basic medical care under the direction of a nurse or other medical professional. These roles typically require completion of a regional agency-approved training program in order to obtain a certification before practicing.

Our caregivers provide personalized, one-on-one care that allows clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home. What You'll Do Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Provide companionship and emotional support while encouraging independence and dignity. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed. Help with safe ambulation, transfers, repositioning, and Hoyer lift assistance when applicable. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan. Observe and report any physical, emotional, or cognitive changes to the office. Complete accurate documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance. At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience is preferred. Previous experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospice, or group home settings . Knowledge of Alzheimer's disease, dementia care, Parkinson's disease, and end-of-life care is highly preferred. Experience with personal care, transfers, mobility assistance, and Hoyer lifts is a plus. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, dependable work ethic.
