Job Description:

Wisdom Health Academy is seeking a reliable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a CNA Instructor for our morning Nurse Aide I training program. This position includes supervising students during lab skills training and clinical rotations, ensuring students meet state requirements and are properly prepared for certification.

Responsibilities:

Instruct and supervise students during lab and clinical sessions Demonstrate and evaluate CNA skills based on state-approved curriculum Ensure students follow safety and infection control protocols Provide guidance and feedback to support student success Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility Previous teaching or training experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable and punctual

Schedule:

Morning classes (specific schedule will be discussed) clinical days required
