Responsibilities:

Assist licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing medical and personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. Monitor and report changes in resident condition and behavior to nursing staff. Support residents with daily living activities, such as toileting, incontinence care, and mobility assistance. Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including restocking supplies and equipment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
