As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to our residents in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility. Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff Assist with vital sign measurements and other medical procedures as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for residents and staff Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plansWhat We Offer:
