Position Requirements Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. Current CPR certification preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care. Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, compassionate, and committed to working as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
