Ideal Candidate:
18 years of age or older High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. 6 months experience as an aide or caregiver preferred. Active CNA license in the state of NE requiredEssential Job Duties:
Provides assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation and continence. Assists with Senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers and orientation of new employees. Follows department protocol for submission of completed documentation. Prioritizes assignments, making adjustments throughout shift to meet frequently changing/ overlapping Senior/client/caregiver/TEAMember/manager needs, call lights, when necessary. Performs work duties within the assigned work environment related to the position, as assigned by Eventide, regardless of TEAMember preference. Follows through on the comprehensive care plan/service plan as developed for each individual senior/client. Complies with HIPAA regulations regarding privacy by insuring that Protected Health Information (PHI) is safeguarded at all times.Compensation:
