11:00 PM-7:00AM Location:
Fremont, NH Sign-On Bonus:
$3,000 What You'll Do Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide compassionate and respectful overnight care Assist with repositioning, transfers, and other resident needs Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the licensed nurse Respond to resident call lights and requests in a timely manner Maintain resident comfort, safety, dignity, and privacy Accurately document care provided Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies Communicate effectively with nurses and other members of the care team Help maintain a comfortable and supportive environment for our residents throughout the night Qualifications Current New Hampshire LNA license in good standing Long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare experience preferred Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care Dependable and able to work effectively on the overnight shift Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to providing high-quality resident care Benefits We are proud to offer full- and part-time employees benefits options, including: Healthcare benefits (full-time only) Dental (full-time only) Vision (full-time only) STD/LTD Life Insurance 401(k) Program Vacation and sick time Personal days (full-time only) Wellness program with free telehealth, preventative care, deep discounts on some pharmaceutical prescriptions, and more Eligible full-time employees may elect Modified Compensation calculated at 10-20% of the base rate in lieu of select benefits.
