What You'll Do:

As a Nursing Assistant with us, you'll play a vital role in our home health and hospice care services, bringing comfort and support directly to those in need.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing compassionate assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Accurately taking and recording vital signs, ensuring the best care for our patients. Supporting our clinical staff by delivering basic patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Maintaining a clean and safe environment, contributing to the overall well-being of our patients. Collaborating closely with our healthcare team to ensure top-quality care in every interaction. Adhering to home health protocols and procedures to deliver consistent, high-standard care.

What You Bring:

We're looking for someone who's not just qualified, but passionate about caregiving.

The ideal candidate will have:

A current New Hampshire LNA license. A reliable vehicle that's insured per organizational requirements and a valid driver's license. CPR certification that's up-to-date. At least 2 years of experience in home health or hospice care. Proficiency with electronic health records and a solid understanding of HIPAA regulations. Experience in senior care, pediatrics, and hospice care practices. The ability to perform simple dressing procedures and take accurate vital signs.
