Job Description
MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL.
This may include the following duties: Providing or assisting in activities of daily living Personal hygiene, grooming, mouth and skin care Providing assistance in toileting Frequent turning and positioning of a bedbound patient Light housekeeping of individual's personal unit or room, including changing of bed linen, if needed, and patient laundry Feeding or assistance with meals Providing companionship (e.g. reading, writing letters, playing games, accompanying the resident to activities) Reporting any changes in resident's/patient's condition to the Hospice Nurse, and, if in a facility, to the facility nurse Additional duties as authorized and supervised by the Hospice Nurse.
