Pay Rate:

$20•21 per hour , depending on shift and experience

Schedule:

2:00 PM•10:00 PM | Every other weekend required Job Summary As a CNA on our Memory Care team, you will provide hands-on support with activities of daily living, meals, mobility, engagement, and daily routines while helping create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for our residents. You will also observe resident needs and communicate changes to the nursing and care team. Requirements Valid NJ CNA certification required Memory care, dementia, or Alzheimer's experience preferred Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and provide resident-centered care in a busy assisted living setting What We Offer $500 Sign-On Bonus Competitive CNA pay: $20•21 per hour Weekly pay Medical and dental benefits for full-time employees starting day one Paid orientation, tuition reimbursement, supportive team environment, and free meals during shift
