Role:

Provide high-quality, resident-centered care to our patients in a supportive and home-like environment. Assist with daily living activities , such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the supervision of licensed nurses. Maintain accurate records of resident care and communicate effectively with healthcare teams. Participate in our resident-focused services , including skilled nursing, short-term and long-term care, rehabilitation services, and behavioral care.

Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized care to each resident, promoting independence, dignity, and comfort. Assist with vital signs , medication administration, and other clinical tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, adhering to infection control standards.
