MUST HAVE A CURRENT VALID NEVADA CNA LICENSE. LONG
TERM, or
SKILLED NURSING CARE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Schedule - Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Compensation:
$16.75-22.25 Hourly Based on Years of Experience.
GENERAL PURPOSE
To provide quality patient care and restorative services. Will work with Rehab Services team to ensure great restorative care for all residents with regard to ADLs, mobility, hygiene and other measures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Including, but not limited to: Bathing Feeding patients and using assistive feeding devices. Nail care Back rubs Educating on principles of good body mechanics and positioning and aligning patients. Prevention and care of contractures and deformities. Transferring patients from bed to chair, chair to tub, and chair to toilet. Principles and application of routine R.O.M's. Documentation and charting. Vitals Other duties assigned to CNAs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Certified to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Nevada Current BLS Certification CNA with experience in Rehab services is preferred. Continued education on restorative measures with Rehab Services.
