Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Completes Bedside shift report in the room at the beginning and end of each shift. Ensures patient is provided with the names and contact numbers for members of the care team on the communication board every shift. Meets with Supervising RN at the beginning of each shift to receive delegation of tasks. Follows facility policies and procedures to promote patient safety (i.e. safe environment, equipment safety practices, radiation safety, fire prevention, etc.)..
