All Shifts Available - Evening Shift Priority Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions is hiring an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a per diem CNA position in the Fishkill/Holmes, NY area. This opportunity is ideal for a CNA looking for flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the potential for ongoing work in a long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or nursing home setting. Evening shift coverage is a priority. Various shifts are available for qualified CNAs. CNA Schedule Requirements Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week Must be available to work at least 1 weekend per month Flexible per diem CNA schedule Potential for ongoing assignments Evening shift is the current priority, but all shifts are available CNA Requirements Active New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Minimum 6 months of CNA experience required Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, nursing home, or geriatric care required Must be willing and able to float to any assigned unit as needed Reliable attendance and strong patient-care skills Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team What You'll Do As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents and patients while working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities may include assisting with activities of daily living, providing personal care, monitoring residents, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting the overall care plan.
