Job Description
WeStaff Healthcare LLC is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Rehab Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Carillon Nursing & Rehab . Shift Available:
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM •Every other weekend availability is required!Qualifications:
Valid New York State CNA License Up-to-date physical examination within the last year Long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred High School Diploma or GED equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care teamResponsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility Support residents participating in rehabilitation programs by encouraging independence and assisting with therapeutic activities as directed Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental condition to the nursing staff Ensure residents are cared for in a safe, respectful, and compassionate manner Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility, state, and federal regulations Assist with transporting residents to therapy sessions and other appointments as needed Perform other related duties as assignedWhat We Offer:
