We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate HHA Home Health Aide/CNA certified Nurse Aide to join our team at Oyster Bay Manor/Harbor House, a serene and welcoming assisted living and memory care facility in Oyster Bay, Long Island. As an HHA/CNA OVERNIGHTS, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal hygiene, including showering, toilet procedures, dressing, and grooming Observe, record, and report all changes in conditions, including eating habits, skin condition, sleeping habits, to the supervisors Provide companionship to clients, engaging in conversation, reading aloud, and participating in hobbies and activities Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
