Griswold Home Care for Franklin and Delaware Counties is seeking dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and experienced caregivers to join our team in Columbus, OH, serving Franklin and Delaware Counties. As a valued member of our care team, you will help seniors and adults maintain their independence and quality of life by providing high-quality, one-on-one care in the comfort of their own homes. Griswold Home Care for Franklin and Delaware Counties is known for its supportive local office team, flexible scheduling options, and commitment to building meaningful relationships with both clients and caregivers. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support clients with chronic conditions, illnesses, injuries, or mobility challenges Monitor and report changes in clients physical or emotional condition Follow individualized care plans and accurately document services provided Assist with transportation, meal preparation, errands, and light housekeeping Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Qualifications Valid drivers license Reliable personal transportation Eligible to work in the United States Ability to pass an Ohio BCI background check Ability to complete a caregiver skills assessment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and dependable approach to care
Preferred:
STNA or CNA certification, Home Health Aide (HHA) experience, professional caregiving experience, experience with dementia care, Alzheimers care, hospice support, or mobility assistance Compensation $20.00 $23.00 per hour Benefits Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, weekend, overnight (awake and sleep), and live-in shifts available Consistent client assignments Supportive local office team Opportunities to work close to home Meaningful one-on-one client relationships Offered compensation: $20/hr - $23/hr Experience and License Requirements Caregiving (optional) CNA (optional) Dementia care (optional) STNA (optional)
