working on Assisted Living 3:00 p.m.

m., on holiday rotation, possibility of adding a weekend rotation
Pay:
Starting from $18.50/hour in Skilled Nursing, increases with experience Starting from $18.00/hour in Assisted Living, increases with experience Shift differential of $3.00/hour paid for hours worked from 3:00 p.m.
  • 11:00 p.m. and $1.50/hour shift differential for hours worked from 11:00 p.m.

m. Responsibilities Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulatory, and hair care. Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse. Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation. Perform other duties as need arises and/or assigned.
Qualifications Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Certification:
Certified Nursing Assistant•
CNA/STNA
certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry. However, see below for our offer of on-the-job assistance in getting this certification!
Experience:
good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents
