Job Description

Woodside Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated full-time Certified Nursing Assistants to join our growing healthcare team! The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our residents in a skilled nursing environment. This role is crucial in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and assistance with daily activities, medical documentation, and monitoring vital signs. We are currently hiring for full-time, part-time and PRN CNAs. Duties Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Document resident information accurately. Follow resident care plans. Engage with residents to promote independence and help them maintain functional abilities with activities of daily living. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Requirements Current Certified Nursing Assistant license, or the ability to obtain license within 120 days from date of hire, from the Oregon State Board of Nursing. Experience in a skilled nursing environment is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work effectively with nurses and other CNA's as a team. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to treat residents with dignity, respect, and compassion.
