Certified Nursing Assistant Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Providing vital signs and observing residents' conditions Assisting with mobility and transferring residents Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and supervision with daily living skills Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and observations Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and outcomes Maintain a positive and respectful attitude and provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and coworkers
