Job Description

In this position you will perform the following duties: Monitor client adherence to schedule and facility guidelines. Report community activity to Nurse Supervisor and be responsible for documenting any unusual activity or behaviors. Work, under direction of Nurse Supervisor, as part of team to maintain and promote therapeutic environment. Perform other related duties as assigned or needed. PRN - up to 40 hours per week, $17.38 per hour
SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL AVAILABLE
$0.50, $1.50 Weekends High School Diploma/GED. Current certification as Nursing Assistant. Valid drivers license with good driving record. If invited to interview, please obtain your Official 10 year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles to bring with you. Official transcripts will be required to verify college degree. Current CPR certification preferred.
