Position Overview The CNA Instructor / Staff Development - RN or LPN helps students build the knowledge, confidence, and clinical skills needed to pass the state certification exam and provide safe, compassionate, high-quality care to our patients and residents. Qualifications Current Tennessee RN or LPN nursing license required. Clinical experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a related setting. Thorough knowledge of resident care standards and clinical best practices. Teaching or education experience is preferred but not required. A passion for developing future caregivers and serving the geriatric population. CNA Instructor Position Highlights Provide classroom instruction and hands-on clinical training for CNA students. Prepare students for the Tennessee state certification exam. Teach safe, compassionate, and person-centered care practices.
