Class Dates:
November 30-December 11, 2026 To be considered for the class, you must provide the following at the time of your interview: Completed Application Valid Photo Identification Social Security Card Completed Application Valid Photo Identification Social Security Card Because the class is only two weeks in duration, no absences or tardiness are permitted . Students must pass each test with a score of 80% or greater to continue in the course. A $40 deposit for books and supplies will be required on the first day of class. This deposit will be returned upon graduation. Students will also be required to purchase one set of scrubs to wear each day during class and clinical training. We will conduct a criminal background check and review the Tennessee and/or National Abuse Registry for Children and Adults. Individuals with a felony conviction, certain misdemeanor charges, and/or placement on an abuse registry may not be eligible for admission into the class. If you are accepted into the class, you will receive a phone call on or before the Friday prior to the class by 10:00 a.m.
