High SchoolResponsibilities Strictly adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and internal company safety policies at all times. Execute advanced mechanical and electrical maintenance on packaging machinery and electrical panels. Complete all scheduled preventive maintenance tasks in a timely manner. Track and maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, project work, and spare parts usage. Ensure daily proper startup and shutdown of facility equipment. Inspect, maintain, and repair electronics, mechanical conveyors, machinery, and equipment. Troubleshoot equipment by observing and listening to mechanical components in operation to diagnose and fix issues. Maintain and troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical conveyor systems. Partner with management to develop and refine procedures that boost equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency. Keep detailed written logs of all machine adjustments. Provide daily hands-on guidance to Machine Operators and Mechanics on equipment operation and technical issues. Perform additional maintenance tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
