Reliability, trustworthiness, and consistency in attendance are essential. You must be able to work cooperatively, multitask efficiently, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment. Your Impact as a Student Nurse Aide In this role, you will: Provide personal care to residents (e.g., grooming, bathing, peri care, dressing) under supervision and within the scope of your training. Change bed linens and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in resident rooms. Assist with ambulation and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices. Routinely reposition residents and monitor skin integrity. Support nursing staff by completing non-nursing tasks such as making beds, passing water/ice, answering call lights, and organizing supplies. Assist with range of motion exercises and engage in reality orientation with residents. Identify and report any condition that requires management attention. What Makes You a Great Fit We're seeking someone who: Has written proof of completion of 16-hour ADL training from an authorized school/instructor. Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills. Shows excellent self-discipline, patience, and a passion for serving others. Can follow safety policies and procedures.
