The ideal candidate is a positive, people-focused leader who is committed to exceptional patient care and passionate about the growth and success of the practice. The Team Lead supports the daily operations of the clinic and helps create a positive, smooth, and patient-centered experience.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting front office staff to ensure efficient daily workflow Ensuring high-quality customer service through effective communication and professionalism Assisting with patient concerns and directing escalations appropriately Serving as liaison between providers and support staff to ensure strong communication and problem-solving Upholding OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA safety and compliance standards Stepping in during high-volume periods or absences to maintain clinic flow Your leadership ensures that patients feel welcomed and cared for, and that the clinic operates smoothly each day. Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 5:00PM Required Qualifications:
High school diploma orGED Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Previous supervisory or dental/healthcare experience preferred Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to lead a team with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude Why Full Smile?
