What You'll Do:
Assist residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Support nursing staff by reporting changes in residents' conditions Help residents maintain independence while ensuring safety and comfort Document care and maintain accurate records Foster a positive, respectful environment with residents, families, and teammates Participate in shift reports and care planning as needed
What We're Looking For:
