Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being in long-term care setting Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare professionals Contribute to quality care and positive patient outcomes Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Valid Texas CNA certification (Certified Nurse Aide) required Experience in healthcare, preferably in senior care or long-term care facility preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities Compassionate, patient-centered approach to elderly care
