Overview Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where your compassionate care and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. In this vital role, you will provide essential support to clients assisting with daily patient care, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity for individuals across various healthcare settings.   • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and feeding
  • Take vital signs and record patient information
  • Meal prep, socialization, transport to appointments
  • Help patients with mobility and transfers
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Follow aseptic techniques to prevent infection Requirements CNA certificate would be a plus but is not required Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations such as geriatric patients, individuals with developmental disabilities, or those requiring Alzheimer's or memory care Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures including aseptic techniques and infection control practices Experience utilizing EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient data management Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively while adhering to safe lifting practices Strong communication skills to effectively engage with patients of all ages and backgrounds Additional certifications such as CPR are a plus Prior experience in long-term care facilities, hospitals, assisted living communities or home & community care environments is highly valued Join us in delivering exceptional patient service through compassionate caregiving!
