What You'll Do:
Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance. Assist patients with mobility, transfers, positioning, and other activities of daily living. Provide care according to the patient's individualized plan of care. Observe patients and report changes or concerns to the supervising nurse. Provide companionship, comfort, and emotional support to patients and families. Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients. Complete timely and accurate visit documentation. Communicate closely with nurses and other members of the hospice care team. Travel to patients wherever they call home, including private residences and facilities.What We're Looking For:
Current Texas CNA certification. Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable providing hands-on personal care. Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team. Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license and current auto insurance. Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who has a heart for caring for others.Full-Time Benefits:
