Key Responsibilities Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and other activities of daily living Support residents with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility Take and record vital signs, weights, intake, output, and other required information Answer call lights promptly and respond to residents' needs with patience and professionalism Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the licensed nurse Provide restorative and supportive care as directed Maintain residents' comfort, dignity, privacy, and safety Follow individualized care plans and infection-prevention procedures Accurately document the care and services provided Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary team Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming resident environment Qualifications Active Texas CNA certification in good standing Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screening Apply Today Bring your compassion and CNA skills to a team where your work matters.
