We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant Driver to join our team at Ivy Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation. As a vital member of our healthcare organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and transportation services.
Responsibilities:
Safely transport patients to and from appointments, procedures, and treatment facilities in accordance with company policies and regulations Provide exceptional assistance to patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient care needs are met, including administering medications and providing vital sign monitoring Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient transportation and care activities Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
