• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead CNA to join our team.

This role is ideal for a compassionate caregiver who is ready to lead by example, support fellow CNAs, and help maintain the highest standards of resident care. Position Responsibilities Provide exceptional direct care and assistance to residents. Serve as a positive role model and set a professional example for other CNAs. Train, mentor, and support new and existing CNA staff. Assist in ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and team members. Participate in on-call coverage as needed. Promote teamwork and a positive work environment. Qualifications Current CNA certification required. Previous CNA experience required. Leadership experience preferred. Ability to train, coach, and motivate others. Strong communication and organizational skills. Dependable, professional, and committed to quality resident care. Must be willing and able to be on call when needed.
