We are looking for dependable caregivers who take pride in providing quality, respectful care. Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and reliable CNAs to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes. Responsibilities vary by assignment and are based on each client's care plan. Responsibilities Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other activities of daily living Assist with mobility and transfers using safe techniques Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed Provide medication reminders Perform light housekeeping related to client care Provide companionship and safety supervision Take and record vital signs when directed by the client's care plan Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor Follow the client's plan of care and Oasis Home Care policies Complete required care documentation accurately and on time Qualifications Current CNA certification or other approved qualification accepted by Oasis Home Care Previous home-care or caregiving experience preferred Dependable and professional Strong communication skills Compassionate and respectful approach to client care Reliable transportation Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of assigned care Must successfully complete required employment screening and onboarding requirements Why Join Oasis Home Care? $17.00-$19.00 per hour Flexible scheduling Paid monthly training and in-service education One-on-one client care Supportive nursing and administrative team Opportunities for additional assignments as they become available
