Job Description
We're looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver to join our assisted living community team. Whether you're an experienced LNA or someone with a caring heart looking to begin a career in healthcare, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Build meaningful relationships by providing companionship and emotional support. Promote residents' independence, dignity, and quality of life. Observe residents and communicate changes to the nursing team. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other team members. Qualifications Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to assist residents safely with daily care needs. Previous caregiving experience is welcomed but not required. No healthcare experience?
