Once the leave coverage period is complete, this position will transition to On-Call/PRN status, providing flexibility and the opportunity to continue working with our team. On-Call Pay:

$20-$22/hr HCA or CNA certification preferred Med Tech experience and Nurse Delegation preferred What You'll Do Provide compassionate, resident-centered care and assistance with daily activities Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and transfers Pass medications as delegated and directed Monitor and report changes in resident condition Complete documentation accurately and timely Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment What We're Looking For Previous caregiving experience preferred HCA/CNA certification preferred Med Tech experience and Nurse Delegation a plus Dependable, responsible, and compassionate Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors
