MCU Position Summary:

Sharon Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. CNAs play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being in a safe and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct resident care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning. Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff. Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures. Support residents in maintaining independence and participating in activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents. Follow infection control and safety protocols. Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other care team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

Current Washington State CNA certification. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor. Ability to lift, move, and assist residents safely.
