Centralia Point Assisted Living and Memory Care is hiring Med-Techs (CNA/HCA) Must be available evenings and weekends. This will include some caregiving responsibilities.

JOB DUTIES

of the

Med-Tech:

• Administering Medications and treatments and document in EMR.
• Daily charting and prompt responses to call lights.
• Ability to answer questions with family members regarding their loved one's medications, health, and wellbeing. Professionalism is a must.
• Input medication orders into

EMS. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• You manage time like a professional and you're at least 18 years of age.
• Must have Mental Health, Dementia and Delegation Certification.
• You're able to complete CPR and First Aid certifications.
• You're reliable and prompt and are comfortable interacting with the public, visitors, residents, and other staff with tact.
• Frequent lifting requirement of 20 lbs. (or less), occasional lifting requirement of greater than or equal to 50 lbs.
• You are detail oriented!
