- Sun., 7:00 am
- 12:00 pm, real support from a Registered Nurse-led team, and the chance to build genuine relationships with the clients you care for

Required Schedule:
Wed.- Sun. 7am to 12pm. What We're Looking For Great work ethic A calm, confident decision-maker in the field Dependable, professional, and solution-oriented Comfort with EMR/EHR systems, medication support, and safe patient transfers Experience in dementia/Alzheimer's care, geriatrics, behavioral health A genuine, patient, people-first attitude
- the clinical skills matter, but heart matters more Primary Responsibilities Provide high-quality, hands-on care to assigned clients Communicate client condition changes or care concerns to supervisors promptly Complete documentation accurately and on time Maintain professionalism, safety, and client dignity at all times Qualifications Active Washington State CNA certification (required)
Required:
3-5 years of professional caregiving experience (in-home preferred) Strong clinical judgment and reliability Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving abstract Proof of valid Auto Insurance Ability to travel between client homes during the workday Smartphone proficiency for scheduling, documentation, and communication Current CPR and Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain) Flexibility to work as needed outside of posted schedule, and willingness to commute around King, Lewis, Mason, Thurston, Pierce Counties. Schedule & Compensation Part-time, Wed.- Sun. 7am
- 12pm.
Pay range:
$22- 24 per hour , based on experience This is more than a shift
