We are currently hiring for full-time, day and evening shift Nursing Assistants, (we have on-call positions as well)! •This position has been posted within the assigned pay range through Step L. Step M has not been published as this is considered the longevity step, in alignment with state HR compensation rules. This position is eligible for "Supplement Basic Shift Premium" for 24/7 Facilities. Employees who are assigned to a facility that provides direct care to residents, patients, and/or clients and whose duties are required to be performed on location will receive an additional one dollar ($1.00) per hour of supplemental basic shift premium for each hour of basic shift premium. This shift premium does not apply to overtime hours. The supplemental basic shift premium shall expire on June 29, 2027. Duties:

Some of what you'll do: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene care, toileting, eating, and assisting with the monitoring/feeding of meals and nourishments. Assist with range of motion exercises, practice infection control techniques, and observe for and report changes in resident condition to licensed personnel. Accurately obtain and record vital signs and other resident data. Document intake and output records. Perform basic nursing procedures such as applying anti-embolism stocking, applying creams or lotion to intact skin, etc. Dispose of contaminated waste as appropriate. Maintain a safe, sanitary, and harmonious environment. Clean bedpans, washbasins, urinals, commodes, beds, nightstands, and over bed tables. And more!

Qualifications:

Required:

Valid Washington state license to practice as a nursing assistant certified. Six (6) months of experience involving customer service in a healthcare setting or six (6) months of experience involving direct patient care. A combination of education and experience may be considered on a year-for-year basis. Experience must be relevant to the position. Be proficient in the English language and be able to read, write and speak English.

Preferred/Desired:
