Job Description

•$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS •We're looking for caring and dependable CNAs/Caregivers to join our Serenity team. If you have a heart for helping others and enjoy making a difference each day, this could be a great fit for you. In this role, you'll support residents with daily activities, assist the nursing team, and help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Our caregivers are an important part of our residents' lives, and we value kindness, teamwork, and compassion in everything we do. We're looking for team members who are reliable, patient, and passionate about providing respectful, person-centered care. Duties Assist residents with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Provide support for residents with memory care needs, ensuring their comfort and safety. Assist with catheter care and maintain aseptic techniques to prevent infections. Help residents with mobility issues by assisting in transferring or walking. Document residents' information accurately using electronic health record systems. Administer medications (required) if over 18 years old. Provide compassionate caregiving and support to residents in assisted living and group home settings. Observe and report changes in patients' conditions to healthcare professionals. Maintain cleanliness and organization in living spaces to ensure a safe environment. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality patient care. Qualifications Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting and or CBRF facility is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others, especially those requiring memory care support. Ability to adapt to fast-paced situations while maintaining attention to detail in patient care. Strong caregiving skills and experience in patient care Experience in assisted living and home & community care Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Familiarity with patient observation and cleaning protocols Medicaiton Administration Details 1-2 Weekends per month Rotating holidays

From $20.00 per hour
